Online Housing Request Form
All students desiring to live on campus must complete this Housing Request Form. Housing will be assigned by the Housing Committee in accordance with stated policies, which include the point structure listed in the Student Handbook as well as on the basis of availability and the date of submission of this form. The Committee reserves the right to deal with exceptional cases.
If you are having trouble with the online application you can always download the PDF format and fax it to us. You may print this application and send it with supporting documents to the Registrar’s Office at APNTS.
